Passionate, energetic, and deeply immersed in the yogic lifestyle, Tanya brings a grounded yet uplifting presence to every class. With experience teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga, her teaching style is both intuitive and intentional, shaped by years of personal practice and a background in studio management.
Yoga found Tanya at a time when her life felt very uncertain—when she didn’t know which way was up. What began as a personal refuge quickly became a life path. Through yoga, Tanya discovered a new way of seeing and moving through the world, rooted in mindfulness, breath, and self-awareness.
