Tamara has been practicing yoga for over thirty years.  Her desire to bring her love of yoga to others inspired her to become a yoga teacher in 2018. She has taught yoga to many different age groups and levels. Whether you are beginning your yoga journey or a seasoned yogi, Tamara’s classes will focus on breath, movement and body/mind connection at your level.
