Mona’ s classes are athletic, dynamic, and empowering. Her classes will leave you feeling mentally fortified and physically nourished. With a nursing background focused on mental health, she found yoga as a conscious effort to heal through movement and focus on balancing the energetic body. She has a wealth of experience in many forms of Yoga and physical movement since 2013. Mona teaches privately, and leads a variety of wellness workshops, ranging from journaling and self love to strength training and self massage.
She received her RYT-200 from Life Power Yoga and her trainings include Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Myo Yin Yoga, and Aerial Yoga.
