Molly discovered yoga in college while competing as a Division 1 athlete. Understanding the deep connection between strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness, Molly seeks to weave these elements into every class, making yoga accessible and empowering for all students. Molly has studied and taught yoga across multiple countries, drawing inspiration from trainings in Bhutan, Thailand, India, and the U.S. Her teaching is informed by a strong foundation in Ayurveda emphasizing yoga as a path to full-body health and balance.
