I am a passionate holistic yoga teacher with over ten years of practice and independent exploration of eastern contemplative traditions. Certified as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with additional Yin & Somatics training from Kula Collective, I guide students through mindful movement and breath awareness, integrating somatic practices that nurture resilience, presence, and balance. In my classes, students are invited to slow down, connect deeply with their breath, and cultivate a kind and accepting relationship with themselves.
My career in international relations and human rights informs the values and mindfulness I bring to my teaching, which integrates holistic healing focused on energy balance and mind-body connection. This journey has deepened my appreciation for connection, balance, and self-care as essential tools—principles I integrate thoughtfully into every class.
