Embraced by the eight limbs of yoga and Buddhist teachings since 2013, Catherine's practice journeyed from Bikram to a love for diverse styles, especially vinyasa's graceful flow and yin's deep stillness. Her classes are spaces for acceptance and understanding, where everyone, regardless of experience or background, feels welcome. Catherine's passion lies in creating a world where yoga bridges differences and fosters peace through accessible, safe spaces. She believes inner peace ripples outward, building a more peaceful world.
