Master the art of the freestanding handstand with this 2 hour comprehensive skills and drills workshop. You can expect a 15 minute functional warm up to commence and strength building exercises for enhanced flexibility. You'll delve into various handstand techniques and drills, whether freestanding or using a wall for support. Explore diverse shapes like straddle, tuck, stag, split and scorpion, mastering transitions between them. Additionally, we'll focus on kick-ups, jumping, and pressing drills. Expect to refine entry control, perfect alignment, foster balance, and revel in the joy of learning.  Open to all skill levels. Some prior experience with inversions, such as headstands, is recommended.
