🎁 Bon Yoga: from the Bon Cave Dweller Tradition in Tibet

Saturday, June 1st

This series is an experimental translation of Tibetan Bon Cave Dweller meditation methods into a series of practice postures and forms that can be performed in a studio setting or at home.  The outcome of this series of classes is expected to be based on their utility, a book and ultimately a style of practice known as Bon Yoga.  In French, Bon means good and in Tibet it is their traditional philosophy of life pre Buddhism.  Participating in these classes will be an experimental practicum in a new style of yoga focused on developing personal freedom.
