Community & Charity
Here you can find our book clubs, happy hours & charity classes hosted by our teachers. A big element of our yoga practice is community. Each teacher is a student, and each student is a teacher. Together, we can explore our yoga practice in community. Have fun, connect, get to know your fellow teachers & students! Learn more about the charities our teachers & students support:

> Supporting survivors of suicide loss and those affected by suicide
"I know, from personal experience – that just one yoga class, can be a circuit-breaker in an otherwise chaotic life. It can be a small break, an oasis of calm, that over time helps bolster health and wellness – and that means financial wellness too! For our outdoor and virtual classes we offer reduced day-of pricing. Some teachers offer their classes for free, with proceeds going to various organizations. We don't ask that you prove your financial situation, please pay what you are able and willing. Thank you!"
