Samantha Attard is the founder of Spiro Collective, where she uses yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and modern nutrition to help women find their unique path to well-being in mind, body, and spirit. Samantha is a certified prenatal yoga instructor, doula, and childbirth educator. She received her PhD in Nutrition at UNC Chapel Hill and has been teaching yoga and Ayurveda since 2015. Join our all levels vinyasa class when you want to move with a little more instruction and support. Sam creates an engaging, unique yoga sequence to address a specific energetic and anatomical theme. We will break down and workshop a specific asana, plus we make time for restful restorative shapes at the end. There will be an emphasis on alignment, breath, and calming the mind. Sam always offers modifications and the invitation to adjust your practice to suit your body and mind each day.

You will get deeper into balancing, inversions, and backbends while also exploring breathwork, meditation, mudra, and mantra.
