I began practicing a combination of ashtanga, vinyasa and rocket yoga in 2002 while playing various contact sports. Yoga was a method to cross-train and build strength through flexibility. However, after moving from Texas to DC and on to California and Virginia, I grew more comfortable with different styles and definitions of yoga other than my own. My hope is to showcase a playful practice with inversions and twists to delight the senses. I welcome all students regardless of their experience or perceived abilities to join me and let loose on the mat.
