Jill's goal is to offer a light-hearted, challenging, and empowering practice that creates space: for breath, for playfulness, and for possibility. She is grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow with you!
Jill completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2014 and Assistant training the same year. She assisted yoga classes until she began teaching in 2016 and is now an E-RYT 200.
