🌕 Autumn Equinox Vinyasa + Moon Meditation
The Autumn Equinox marks the midway point between Summer and Winter Solstice. It is a beautiful opportunity to reflect on the gifts and harvest of the year thus far, and clear the path for the slowing down and shedding which often come with winter. Autumn is a time of change, and as the days grow shorter, we witness the death of summer and it's light, and create space to embrace the coming darkness of winter, honoring that it's part of the cycle of seasons.

In Western culture, death can often be feared, avoided, or ignored. This vinyasa + meditation practice is meant to create a container of ritual, reverence, and intentionality around our own death, releasing, and grieving process. The seasons are mirrors of our own cyclical ebbs and flows and to best honor that which fall brings, we will move, breathe, and meditate in ways which support where we each are in our own cycles.
