Membership & Rates

Memberships can only be purchased via the online portal or in the studio – one-time passes can be purchased through the app.

To book classes online or through your phone please set up your account below:

*You may cancel memberships or renewing packs any time yourself online here, or by emailing membership@karma.yoga. We are a small team, please allow several days for us to process. For travel, injury, or something in your life has changed, please give us a heads up and we can pause your monthly membership for $8 per month, extend unused passes for $5 per pass, or transfer unused value somewhere else.

Price Change FAQs:

  • Renewing pass members have until Jan 31st to switch to monthly memberships at our 2019 rates. Please email olivia@karma.yoga by January 31st to switch over to a monthly membership with our 2019 pricing.
  • We can pause your monthly membership at any time for $8/mo or move you to a renewing pass membership while you are traveling or injured – it is generally better to pause than to cancel if you plan on returning.
  • The 12th month of any new membership is free, so that comes out to $123/mo if maintained for a year.
  • Monthly members receive two complimentary guest passes per year, and then special access to $15 guest passes. Please send me first and last name of your guests to set up guest accounts.
  • Renewing passes may be shared with family members. Please contact me with first and last name of your guests to set up your family accounts.
  • We will come out with long term passes later that offer more savings, but not quite yet.

How to buy a ↻ Monthly Membership or ↻ Renewing Pass Membership

Memberships can only be purchased via the online portal or in the studio – one-time passes can be purchased through the app.

Head over to your MindBody-Karma Yoga dashboard on your computer (not your mobile phone):

      • Go to "Online Store"
      • Select "Memberships / Packages"
      • Select which option you would like (monthly membership, renewing 5- or renewing 10-pack)
      • If you want to start it in the future, such as you want to buy now but know you won't come in until next Monday, you can select the date
      • Click "Make Purchase"

How to add a guest to your account

Renewing passes may be shared with family. Monthly members have 2 complimentary guest passes per year, and special access to $15 guest passes year round.

Head over to your MindBody-Karma Yoga dashboard on your computer (not your mobile phone):

      • Go to "My Info"
      • Add your family member
      • Mark that you are paying for them

You will now be able to make reservations for your family member, using either your own passes or guest passes.

Can I buy giftcards?

Awesome! Thank you for wanting to share our studio with your friends and loved ones.

I'm going on vacation, can I pause my membership?

Yes, we can pause your monthly membership and move you to a renewing 5- or 10-pass while you are traveling. Just email membership@karma.yoga and we will figure the best way to work with your schedule.

How to update your email/text subscriptions

Head over to your MindBody-Karma Yoga dashboard on your computer (not your mobile phone):

      • Go to "My Info"
      • Select "Profile" and then under "Personal" click 'edit'
      • From here, you can do a few useful things:
        • Connect or Disconnect your Facebook account – this is useful for logging, and helps with the issue of forgettign passwords.
        • Account Nofications, by email or text
        • Class reminders or schedule changes, by email or text
        • Studio newsletter and events, by email or text
      • Click "Save"

How to Cancel or Change my Membership

Memberships can only be managed via the online portal, emailing membership@karma.yoga, or in the studio.

Head over to your MindBody-Karma Yoga dashboard on your computer (not your mobile phone):

      • Go to "My Info"
      • Go to "Autopays" and "Terminate" – if you make a mistake, do not worry, we will help fix it :)

How to update my Credit Card information

Head over to your MindBody-Karma Yoga dashboard on your computer (not your mobile phone):

      • Go to "My Info"
      • Click "Edit" in your "Billing Information"
      • Click "Save"

Once this is done, we are able to manage your memberships for you.

I'm an Educator, how do I get the reduced memberships?

Come to any class a few minute early, and show the teacher your educator ID. We offer 10% discount on all our memberhsips. Once we get you set up, you will be able to access your account through the MindBody-Karma Yoga Management Dashboard.

Oof, I'm confused by MindBody.

MindBody was the first and most commonly used mangement software for fitness studios. As such, it is like a patchwork quilt of many small softwares companies bought and stitched together over the last decade. For this reason, it can be difficult to use because it was not designed as a whole.

Some things explained:

    • You have two accounts with MindBody, with different log in credentials:
        1. A MindBody Account (used for your mobile app)
        2. A MindBody-Karma Yoga Account (used specifically for our studio)
    • For my own personal ease of use, I use Facebook to log in to both accounts – however, this has security concerns. You may also use your browser as a password manager.
    • The good news is that... once you are set up with a) your membership or b) booking through your mobile app devices – you generally don't have to use your password again.
